Policy

Before visiting, please take some time to review the following policies for Spa World, LLC, located at 929 S. Westgreen Blvd., Katy, Texas 77450, and its officers, directors, managers, members, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Spa World”). 

Guests are responsible for abiding to all known and unknown rules and regulations solely determined by Spa World whether in writing or verbal.

General Policies

  • Spa World has its sole and discretionary rights to: (1) deny entry into the premises of Spa World; (2) demand immediate departure from the premises of Spa World; and (3) restrict the use of any part of the premises of Spa World to any guest for any cause solely determined by Spa World.
  • Please be aware that spa activities involve risks, dangers, and hazards which can result in serious personal injury or even death. By entering Spa World, guests knowingly and voluntarily assume and accept all known and unknown risks, dangers, and hazards at their sole cost and responsibility.
  • All guests must have a valid, legal photo ID to be checked into the facility.
  • Guests are expected to take full legal responsibility of all accompanying minors, elders, and/or any persons who are unable to take care of themselves by maintaining close and hands-on supervision of them at all times.
  • Guests should not enter any spa facility while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Guests may not leave the facility without checking out. Once checked out, no re-entry is allowed without purchasing a new admission.  
  • Harassment or inappropriate or disruptive behavior of any kind towards other guests or Spa World staff will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. 
  • Guests who are pregnant should consult with their medical provider before using the spa amenity.  

Age Restrictions

  • Children ages 10 and under are not permitted into any part of the spa facility
  • Children between 11 and 18 years of age are permitted only when accompanied by same sex guardian
  • Children ages 10 and under are welcome in our Kid’s World area, however, children ages 5 and under must be supervised by a guardian 
  • Children ages 6 and up may be left at Kid’s World under the supervision of our staff, only when parents are utilizing other parts of the facility such as the spa, iGolf, restaurant or bar

Payment/Financial Policies

  • Guests must pay for their admission at check-in. All other purchases and services must be paid for at check-out. 
  • For security reasons, we are not able to take payment by phone or charge any card without the authorized cardholder present.  For your convenience, we have gift cards and admissions available for purchase online which may be sent electronically to friends and family. Please note that our digital gift cards are only available in the amounts of $50 and $100. However, we have physical “flex” gift cards available in-store which can be loaded with any amount you choose. 
  • Gift cards must be used before the expiration date and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • All online purchases are non-refundable. 
  • Guests who cause, create, or contribute to any mess, clutter, untidiness, disorder, litter, vomit, and/or discharge in any part of the premises of Spa World including the parking lot shall be fully responsible for paying the cleaning fee solely determined by the management of Spa World in its sole discretion and for the minimum amount of $50.00.

Personal Property

Items that Are Allowed In Our Facility:

  • Empty water bottles (may be filled in our dispensers)
  • Clear tote bags
  • Small purses 
  • Towels 

Items that Are Not Allowed In Our Facility: 

  • Outside food or drinks
  • Large bags/totes – all bags must be small enough to fit in lockers
  • Shoes (must be kept in shoe locker at all times)

We reserve the right to inspect any personal belongings being brought into our facility. Guests may be asked to open non-clear bags, backpacks, or totes at the discretion of the front desk staff. 

Spa World is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen personal property.

Dress Code Policies

  • Once checked in, guests must keep shoes in the shoe locker at all times until check-out. No footwear, including slippers may be worn anywhere in the facility after check-in. 
  • Socks may be worn in the sauna areas (outside of the bath area) and are also available for purchase at the front desk.
  • No garments may be worn in the gender-separated bath areas. Guests may have a towel around them in the bath area saunas or while walking between pools, but must be fully nude to enter the pools. 
  • Guests must wear the Spa World uniform that is provided to them at check-in to use any of the co-ed spa amenities including the saunas/therapeutic rooms, napping areas,and lounge areas. Our uniforms go up to sizes 3XL. If you require larger sizes, please call ahead of time so accommodations can be made. 

Bath Area Policies

  • Guests are required to shower before entering any of the pools in the bath area. 
  • No garments may be worn in the gender-separated bath areas. Guests may have a towel around them in the bath area saunas or while walking between pools, but must be fully nude to enter the pools. 
  • Guests must wear the Spa World uniform that is provided to them at check-in to use any of the co-ed spa amenities including the saunas/therapeutic rooms, napping areas,and lounge areas. Our uniforms go up to sizes 3XL. If you require larger sizes, please call ahead of time so accommodations can be made. 
  • For the safety and privacy of other guests, phones, cameras and any other mobile devices must be stored in lockers at all times while guests are in the locker rooms or bath area. Guests found in violation will be asked to leave with no refund.

Spa Service Policies

  • All guests must purchase admission in order to enter the spa to receive massage or body scrub services. 
  • Spa services are not included with general admission. General admission is not included in spa service pricing and must be purchased separately in addition to any spa service. 
  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time to avoid a late cancellation fee equal to 40% of the scheduled service cost. 
  • Guests must put a valid credit card on file in order to book an appointment. The card will be charged only in case of a late cancellation or no show. 
  • In order to allow ample time for check-in and preparing for the service, guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Guests who do not abide by this policy may have their appointment time cut short, with no refund, if they are delayed in starting their appointment at the scheduled time. 
  • We are not able to provide any spa services at any stage of pregnancy. 

Noise Policies

  • Guests are expected to be mindful of our “quiet zones” and refrain from loud conversations and/or noises
  • Guests are welcome to use headphones or earbuds to listen to music, but otherwise all device speakers must be kept on silent 
  • Guests who are being loud or disruptive will be given one verbal warning before being asked to leave with no refund. 

Food/Drink Policies

  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in the facility.
  • Food/drinks purchased in our restaurant, bar or cafe must be consumed in the designated eating/drinking areas for each of those facilities and may not be taken into any of the bath or sauna areas. 
  • Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in the bar area or outdoor terrace. They may not be taken into the restaurant, lounge, spa areas, or Kid’s World under any circumstances. 
  • For the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to limit the sales of alcoholic beverages to our guests at the discretion of the bar server.  

Other Policies

  • Out of respect for other guests, we ask that personal displays of affection are kept to a minimum.
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in our facility, with the exception of the outdoor terrace.
